I bought Flamboyant. It looked like a pretty purple and yellow. I love bright shades, I am normally a Urban Decay girl but I could not resist.I could not be more disappointed. The yellow was not vibrabt in the least, very light pale yellow. And the purple ws not even a purple when i put it on. i even used a base UDPP to try to bring out the colors, that didnt work. Then I tried sharkskin as a base and this works for every color even cheap e/s and still nothing.
Pros:great packaging Cons:shades were not high intensity at ALL ;(
This mascara sucks big time..I first noticed this product in a British Magazine and couldn't wait til it came to the states..Well it did ..I tried it and hate it very much...
I get home late at night and don't want to wash my makeup off so I use a towelette makeup remover..This stuff didn't budge at all...waste of money..You have to use warm water and massage this stuff off..WHAT????? MASSAGE IT OFF..that's ok...it's at the bottom of my makeup collection and it's staying there...
Pros:none at all...none I REPEAT..NONE... Cons:TAKING IF OFF WITHOUT USING WATER...won't budge at all unless you r using warm water..
I wanted a natural mascara... well this one takes the cake! With a coat or two I have very natural very black looking lashes. No clumps. For my taste... it seems almost too tame. I don't like the brush too much... it doesn't seperate my lashes well and it is bendy like Maybelline Define A Lash... a mascara I also didn't like because of the brush. The formula is a little too "gooky"... uh yea... a little jelly-ish. If I try to build it up for a more dramatic look it gets clumpy and gunky. If I try to brush that mess out... it looks like I didn't even bother putting anything on. It does nothing for volume. The only good thing is it holds my curls... works for a super natural look... and it doesn't flake or smudge. I'm not really enjoying this mascara and I don't think I will ever re-purchase. The original Loreal Voluminous is way better.
I bought the black liner as a fill in until my next MAC order to replenish my fluidline with little expectations. I was not expecting this liner to stack up to my blacktrack fliudline at all- I had bought the eggplant one a while back and was not too thrilled with it. Nevertheless, I took a chance and bought it. I have to say, I am impressed. It has great staying power, goes on smooth and hasn't smeared, faded or flaked yet. I am glad I listened to the advice given on these from all of the wonderful ladies on MUT!
Pros:Great opaque coverage, smooth application, no smudging or flaking. Cons:Colored FL flaked a bit, fairly expensive for a drugstore brand, brush given in package is crappy.
I have this in C1 and N1 and blend to get the right shade. It's ok, imo, but I won't purchase it again, the coverage and finish didn't quite do it for me. I did like the bottle though, makes it easier to see the true color at the store.
Pros:Didn't break me out Cons:Price, finish left something to be desired.
this is a pretty good product to use. it's expensive for a drugstore brand but sometimes you can purchase these when they are BOGO at drugstores. the cream liner begins to dry out if you do not tighten it properly.. i love it. great color payoff and staying power
This has become my HG blush! I have light to medium, yellow under toned skin and this blush looks so pretty and natural on me! I use it all the time. It's matte, but when I want to I add shimmer or highlight to give it some added glow. It is nicely pigmented. I don't have to use a lot to get the desired look. It goes on smoothly, and it blends really nice too. It doesn't have any odd smell, and doesn't smell of perfume. I do not like the latch on it. I find that I keep accidently opening the bottom where the brush is held instead of the top where the blush pan is. I have not used the brush that comes with it, so I can't comment on the brush quality. The color lasts me all day. I have been using this all the time and haven't gotten any breakouts from it. I definitely recommend this blush.
Pros:Good pigmentation, smooth and blendable, lasts all day, nice peachy color, widely available, hasn't caused breakouts, really affordable if you get it on a buy one get one free sale Cons:Not a one!
I love this duo and the HIP duos in general. They are extremely pigmented, easy to use, come in great colors, and have great lasting power. The shadows are soft and can be used wet or dry. I really enjoy using this duo all the time, the colors are unique to me, and they are pigmented and easy to use and get a hot look with. I hear you can somehow flip/move the eyeshadow compartment and there is a sponge applicator under there. I can hear it in there but can't figure out... how to get to it for the life of me lol. But it doesn't matter to me. I am looking forward to buying more of these duos and also the new duos that came out recently... they are metallic... can't wait to pick some up! Here is a picture of my Showy duo. The dark side is matte and the light side has a shimmer/sheen to it no obnoxious sparkles. LOVE IT!
Pros:Pigmented, soft, silky, easy to blend, excellent staying power, great colors Cons:Honestly nothing
Nothing special here. The good news is that it doesn't clump. It's supposed to be GOOD for your lashes but we shall see. Otherwise it is totally unremarkable and does nothing to increase the appearance of thickness altho it does lengthen my lashes.
I was disappointed in this duo. The pigmentation was kind of weak. It applied OK and blended well, but overall I felt the performance was really lacking. I didn't think it lasted as long as other Wear Infinité shadows. The colors I thought looked better in the pan than applied(I have light to medium skin with yellow under tones). I will not be repurchasing this.
Pros:Price, blends well Cons:Doesn't apply very easy, doesn't last as long as other shadows in the line, not very pigmented
This duo is nice. I am not as excited about it as other shades, but it's still a nice eye shadow duo. I don't love it, because the two shades don't look as good together on my lids as they do in the compact. I think you are better off using them with other colors. I didn't think they were very teal looking, despite what the name says. The pigmentation was good, not great but still good. I do get a bit of fallout with the lighter shade, but not the dark one. They applied easily and blended quite nicely as well. They lasted quite awhile too without creasing or fading. Overall I was a bit disappointed in this duo. I didn't like it enough to consider repurchase.
Pros:Applies and blends well, good pigmentation, long lasting, no creasing Cons:Colors don't look good together when applied, bit of fallout with the lighter shade.
I love this duo. The color on the right is a light, robin's egg blue and the left is a nice medium blue. Despite them being blues, when I applied them I felt they had a hint of purple. That could be due to natural colors in my eye lids. I like this for day time. I used the light color from lash to brow, and then the medium color from lash to crease. I then used a dark purple(Stila amethyst) in my crease. It looks so beautiful and feminine. It really suits my brown eyes. These colors applied well, blended well, and have good pigmentation. The lasting power is good too. I would definitely recommend these shadows.
Pros:Good pigmentation, lasts long, applies and blends well Cons:None!
Love this duo! The color on the left is dark/medium purple(and I would even say a possibly red under tone), and the right is a light lavender. Both colors have shimmer. They are nicely pigmented, apply easily, blend easily, and have good staying power. I didn't get(or if I did it was not a noticeable amount) any fallout. They compliment each other well, and are good colors for day time wear. Would repurchase.
Pros:Nicely pigmented, blends well, applies easily, lasts long Cons:None
When I saw this I really debated it. The colors are very tropical, and I was not sure if I would love it or hate it. I must have picked it up and put it down at least 10 times. I finally came home with it, and boy am I glad I did! it's one of my new favorite shadows to wear. The two shadows compliment each other extremely well. They make a fun day time combo. When you want to go to evening, just add a touch of black to the outside corners of your eyes and BAM! Instant sexy eyes. Just like all my other Wear Infinité shadows this applies well, blends well, is nicely pigmented, and lasts a long time. Definitely recommend!
Pros:Applies well, blends well, great pigmentation, long lasting Cons:Not a one!
I am in love with this duo. On top of being typical of Wear Infinité shadows(applies well, blends well, great pigmentation, lasts long), they are just lovely colors. The color to the right is a warm, every so slightly peachy gold. The color on the left is a brown with golden shimmer in it. The color on the left is my favorite by far. Used with it's mate it looks brown, but when I paired it with Stila Kitten it actually looked almost blue! Love love love this duo and would for sure buy it again.
Pros:Gorgeous colors, applies well, blends well, great pigmentation, long lasting Cons:None!
I wanted to like this shadow, because I love all my other Wear Infinité shadows. My only reason for not liking this is that it's not a good shade for me. It looks very ... blah. Not bad, not good, just boring. It still lasts long, applies well, blends well, etc. like all my other Wear Infinité shadows, so if this are shades that would work for you then go for it. I am a light/medium skin tone with yellow under tones and brown eyes and couldn't make this work. These colors have an olive undertone to them, and a very faint shimmer. When applied they almost look matte, but not quite. They are nicely pigmented, though not quite as well as the Rich shadows. Nice product, just not a good fit color wise.
Pros:Applies well, blends well, lasts long, nice pigmentation Cons:Not a good shade for light/medium skin with yellow undertones.
I love this gloss. I like the fruity flavor. I don't find this to be sticky at all. It's a medium berry pink color. I like it for daytime for a minimal look. It doesn't have any glitter or shimmer to it. It's glossy without being high gloss. It has decent pigmentation and gives you a sheer wash of color. I don't think it lasts very long. I would prefer this to come in a tube with an applicator. To apply this product you squeeze the gloss out of a hole in the plastic rounded end of the tube. I find that I have to squeeze out quite a bit to keep my lips from gripping the plastic. Overall I love this gloss and would buy again.
Pros:Nice color, not sticky, fruity taste, no shimmer Cons:No applicator so my lips stick to the plastic, doesn't last very long.
I love this color! It's a warm, shimmery honey color. It's nicely pigmented. I love to wear this with clear gloss over the top for added shine. It doesn't last as long as I would like, but it doesn't wear off quickly either. It goes on smooth, and doesn't dry my lips out.
Pros:Beautiful color, nicely pigmented, smooth, doesn't dry my lips out Cons:Doesn't last as long as I would like
In person this shade is a touch darker. I love this shadow. It's versatile, works for day or night, applies well, blends well, has great pigmentation, is affordable, and is very long lasting. I have been able to use it with many of my other shades for various looks. I will definitely buy this again.
As the name suggests, this is a pearly color. In person I think it's a little lighter than pictured. I really like this shadow for day time looks. It has good pigmentation(though I think L'Oréal's Rich line is slightly more pigmented), applies well, and blends well. It is a subtle pearl, not overly frosty look. I really like to use this with purples. This is a good shadow at a great price.
